° Ferdinando Tarquini, Captain

On board since: March 2005

Originally from Italy, Ferdinando has already 30 years of experience in the maritime industry. After graduating from nautical school, he started his career as officer and worked on board several motor yachts including NADIR Il and T.M. BLUE ONE, and sailing yachts VAE VICTIS and CARRERA. With his passion for travelling, Ferdinando has extensively cruised in the Caribbean and the Maldives, and knows the Mediterranean like the back of his hand. A qualified jet-ski instructor, he is also a RYA certified wave runner trainer. Captain of FORCE BLUE for 20 years, Ferdinando was awarded Captain of the Year in 2008 and also won the Roberto Migliaccio Award in 2015 in the name of his outstanding level of service, loyalty and dedication.

Born in Italy, Andrea started his career in yachting at the age of 22 and was promoted to 2nd Officer after only 2 years in the industry. With an extensive passion for travelling, Andrea had the opportunity to cruise widely, gaining great knowledge of the Mediterranean and the Maldives. Andrea has already 12 years of experience as Chief Officer on board FORCE BLUE. He is very reliable and always ready to help the other members of the crew. During his free time, he enjoys listening to music and playing football.


° Maurizio Copello, First Officer

Maurizio attended the Nautical Institute “Cristoforo Colombo”, then started his career at sea in 2013. He gained experience in the yachting industry working on board a few Ferrettis. He joined FORCE BLUE in 2017 and is very excited for another season with new guests on board. When he is not working, Maurizio enjoys listening to music and online surfing.


° Samuele Olbario, Deck Second Officer

Samuele is a dedicated individual with a lifelong passion for yachting. With experience as a deckhand aboard S/Y Piropo (56m) by Perini Navi and S/Y Gigreca, he is poised to deliver exceptional service to ensure guests have an unforgettable experience. Eager and enthusiastic, he embraces the opportunity to explore new destinations while upholding order and efficiency on board FORCE BLUE. Samuele is excited to contribute his skills to the remarkable team aboard the stunning FORCE BLUE!


° Alessio Allegria, Third Officer

Alessio is a dedicated and hard-working crew member who has embraced his responsibilities on board Force Blue since joining the team in 2025. As a newly qualified officer, he brings strong expertise in deck maintenance and charter guest operations. He is an effective communicator, skilled at coordinating tasks among team members to ensure optimal performance, even in high-pressure environments. The experiences on the previous yachts are: Lead deckhand at M/Y DAR (90m) October 2022 — January 2024 | deckhand at M/Y DAR ( (90m) November 2021 — September 2022 | deckhand at M/Y HARMONY (37m) July 2021 — October 2021 | Deck Cadet at RO/RO PAX STELIO MONTOMOLI July 2020 — February 2021 Alessio is very excited to start his 1st season on board FORCE BLUE!


° Giorgio Maria Sardo, Second Chef

Giorgio works as a member of the kitchen brigade, where he has acquired familiarity with the activities of supporting and organizing the line, cleaning the work areas and helping in the preparation of the dishes. Giorgio wishes to continue on the path undertaken, with the passion, punctuality and precision that have always distinguished his work. Young professional with strong motivation to learn and grow professionally in the role of chef. During his last work experience he has perfected the use of the main tools and work techniques, demonstrating proactivity, mental flexibility, excellent communication and interpersonal skills as well as team spirit and the ability to establish priorities by organizing his work in a rigorous and goal-oriented manner. Giorgio is very excited to start his 1st season on board FORCE BLUE!


° Venter Jarred, Chief Steward

Originally from South Africa, Jarred has a background in Interior & Event Design. During his work experience, he learned to work hard and with dedication. In addition, he takes joy in learning from the others. Thanks to his passion for the sea and design, he decided to pursue a career in the yachting industry. Attention to detail, excellent organisation, teamwork, creativity and a taste for decoration, are where Jarred excels. He is ready to go extra mile on board FORCE BLUE. During his spare time, Jarred enjoys swimming, listening to the music and travelling.

Aurora is a reliable and flexible person who pays great attention to detail. Aurora has completed her high-school studies last year, specializing in languages. With a strong aptitude for service, she will make sure the guests have a great time on board FORCE BLUE.

Margaret began her career in the hospitality industry, gaining extensive experience by working in various resorts. This allowed her to develop strong communication skills with clients from diverse backgrounds and become well-versed in all aspects of hospitality services. She is now eager to start her first season with FORCE BLUE and ensure effective and successful housekeeping!


° Maricris Villela Esineli, Masseuse/Beautician

Maricris provides incredible massage and beauty treatments. She has been practicing the art of massage for many years in the high-end Spa Resort “Lion in the Sun” in Malindi, Kenya. As she has always had a great passion for travelling, she took the opportunity to move to the South of France and joined FORCE BLUE in 2016. In addition to massages, she also offers various beauty treatments in a soothing atmosphere, including Hydro aromatherapy, Phyto-mud therapy, facial and aesthetic treatments. Always smiley, Viellela is very attentive to satisfy the clients’ expectations.


° Omar Padro, Laundry Steward

Omar oversees the laundry operations aboard FORCE BLUE. He works quickly and ensures efficient service on board. He eagerly anticipates a busy charter season. Always wearing a smile, guests can rest assured they are in good hands with him!

His passion for swimming led Dario to a career in diving. In fact, he has been a professional diver for 15 years in the port of Genoa. On board FORCE BLUE since 2005, Dario is a diving and jet-ski instructor. Also able to ride the flyboard and hoverboard, Dario knows how to entertain the guests on board. He enjoys excursions with clients and leading them to discover exceptional places. Dario has had the opportunity to work all over the Mediterranean as well as the Caribbean and the Maldives during several seasons.


° Lorenzo Viola, Deck Cadet

Lorenzo is a dedicated and hard-working individual who thrives on having responsibilities aboard FORCE BLUE since he joined the crew in 2024. He is eager to enhance his skills and knowledge while at sea, always looking for opportunities to learn and grow. Lorenzo is known for his teamwork and dynamism, and he eagerly anticipates embarking on a new busy season with the rest of the crew. His previous experiences include serving as a Sailor on M/Y Angel Marlett III and as a Deck Cadet on M/Y Sea Look. Lorenzo is incredibly excited to commence his first season aboard FORCE BLUE!

Tiziano considers himself an empathetic and cheerful person—helpful and open to new challenges. He is friendly and reliable, while also being precise. Given his skill set, Tiziano is highly multitasking, solution-oriented, and possesses a strong team spirit. He demonstrates resilience under pressure, attention to detail, and effective leadership abilities. Tiziano is very excited to start his 1st season on board FORCE BLUE!


° Luciano Tarquini, Chief Engineer

With a strong background in the industry, Luciano has cruised for 15 years all over the Mediterranean. Initially 2nd Engineer on carrier vessels, he decided to focus his career on motor yachts. With great motivation and enthusiasm, he also cruised in the Maldives and the Caribbean. Luciano gained a lot of experience working on board AWAY and LADY IN BLUE yachts, before joining FORCE BLUE in 2005 as Chief Engineer. When he is not working, Luciano enjoys listening to music and visiting his family in Italy.

After completing a degree in Mechanical Engineering, Alessandro started his career in the maritime industry in 1998. With greate experience in mechanical and electrical work, Alessandro ensures that the engine room system on FORCE BLUE are at the highest standards. Before joining the crew of FORCE BLUE Alessandro also worked on different motor yachts including Sophie Blue, Dionea, Nataly and Shergoold.
